□ 초록

북한철학계의 연구경향은 중요한 연구주제가 된다. 무엇보다 북한철학계의 연구경향을 살펴보는 것은 북한의 지식, 사상체계, 이념지향의 기반을 분석할 수 있다는 점에서 학문적으로 중요한 연구주제이다. 하지만 그럼에도 불구하고 현재 북한의 철학연구에 대한 분석은 활발하게 논의되고 있지 못하며, 소수의 연구들이 지나치게 편협한 관점에서 진행되고 있다. 물론 ‘주체사상’으로 대표되는 북한철학 연구의 이데올로기적 성격은 북한철학에 대한 연구를 주저하게 만드는 결정적인 요인으로 작동한다. 그래서 북한철학에 대한 연구는 일차적으로 북의 통치이데올로기로부터 ‘그나마’ 자유로운 북한철학의 그 자체를 어떻게 분석의 대상으로 발굴할 수 있는가라는 문제에 직면하게 된다. 본 연구는 북한철학계의 연구가 갖는 한계를 인정하면서도 남북의 철학(학술)이 공존의 지평으로 나아갈 수 있는 어떠한 가능성을 타진하려는 목적을 갖는다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 정치선전적 성격이 그나마 약하다고 평가받는 철학 분야 전문학술잡지 .철학연구.(Research of Philosophy) 중 2000년부터 2016년 사이에 실린 철학논문을 분석대상으로 삼았다. 이러한 분석을 통해 본 연구는 ‘이론과 실천의 종합’이라는 규정력의 유지, ‘탈이데올로기적’ 연구의 증가, 철학연구의 ‘보편성’ 확보 등이 2000년대 이후 강조되는 북한의 철학연구의 특징임을 도출하고 있다. 그리고 이로부터 ‘학문의 분단’ 그리고 ‘분단의 학문’을 넘어서서 마련될 수 있는 통합적 코리아학의 한 사례로서 한국(조선)철학사 서술의 가능성을 제안하고 있다.

 

□ Abstract

Philosophy research trends in North Korea are an important subject. That is because, above all, looking at the research trends of the North Korean philosophy can be an important opportunity to grasp the basis of the North Korea’s knowledge, its thought system and ideology orientation. However, the analysis of philosophy researches in North Korea still seems to be inadequate. In particular, the ideological nature of the study on North Korean philosophy, represented by “Juche Thought”, works as a decisive factor that makes researches on North Korean philosophy hesitant. So first and foremost the study on North Korean philosophy faces the question of how to find the North Korean philosophy itself as an object of analysis, which is ‘even so’ free from the North Korea’s ruling ideology. At this point, while acknowledging the limitations of researches on North Korean philosophy, this study aims to explore any possibility that the philosophy (academic research) of the South/North can move toward the horizon of coexistence. To this end, this study analyzed the philosophical papers published among Research of Philosophy magazine between 2000 and 2016, which is considered even so to have a weak political propaganda characteristic. Furthermore, through this analysis, the characteristics of philosophy researches in North Korea emphasized since the 2000s show that they are the maintenance of the regulation power of ‘a synthesis of theory and practice’, an increase of ‘post-ideology’ studies, and securing ‘universality’ of philosophy researches, etc.
