□ 초록

한반도는 광복과 동시에 동서 이데올로기의 치열한 대결장이 되었다. 남북은 ‘6·25’를 지나면서, 극한의 불안과 공포의 경험 속에서 ‘적대’는 구체적인 경험과 연결되면서 각인되었다. 이후 문화예술 작품을 통해 감성적으로 자리 잡았다. 남북에서 전쟁을 읽는 유일한 방식으로 ‘전쟁체험’은 과거의 역사가 아니라 ‘적대’를 호명하고, 공통의 기억으로서 ‘반공’의 정체성을 확인하는 과정을 통해 문화 구조적으로 자리 잡았다. 반공은 ‘강압’이 아닌 ‘문화’로 신체화되면서, 국가 기획으로 ‘적대’는 청소년 만화와 교육을 통해 문화적 맥락으로 유통되었다.

 

□ Abstract

During the Korean War, both South Korea and North Korea experienced extreme anxiety and fear. The hostility between the two Koreas has been stamped in people’s mind with these specific experiences while being portrayed in various works of literature. The remembrance and expression of war occurred within the established power structures and dominant discourses. Then, the “war experiences” became the only way to read the meaning of war in South Korea and North Korea. The hostility between the South and the North, however, is not a matter of past history. The two Koreas have mobilized cultural devices and ethical education for the manifestation of hostility.
