□ 초록

 ‘동아시아’라는 문제제기와 결부된 여러 시각과 논의는 과거처럼 활발히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 특히 분단극복과 통일의 위한 사상적 자원으로서 ‘동아시아’라는 질문은 찾기 어려운 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 동아시아는 구체적인 현실로서 더욱 강하게 우리들에게 다가오고 있다. 바로 그렇기에 동아시아담론 그리고 동아시아공동체론의 새로운 출발이 요청되고 있다. 본 논문은 바로 그러한 목적을 위해 쓰여진 것이었다. 

 본 논문은 한국 동아시아담론의 담론적 이행에 따른 동아시아공동체론의 발생과 관련해서, 동아시아담론과 동아시아공동체론의 관계를 살펴봤다. 그 결과 동아시아담론이 동아시아공동체론의 본격화로 이행해왔다는 점을 주장했다. 나아가 동아시아공동체론의 진전을 가로막는 논쟁점들을 살펴봄으로써 동아시아공동체론의 미래적 전망을 위한 이념적 지향과 선결조건을 확인하였다. 그에 따라 최종적으로 동아시아공동체론의 이념적 지향을 ‘역사적 연대’로 설정했으며, 그 선결조건으로서 한반도 분단극복과 평화체제로의 이행을 시론적으로 제시했다.

□ Abstract

 There have not been active discussions or different perspectives related to the topic of ‘East Asia’ compared with the past. It is especially difficult to find questions dealing with ‘East Asia’ as an ideological resource for reunification or overcoming the division of the Korean Peninsula. In spite of this, East Asia as a concrete reality has been approaching us with higher intensity. Because of this, a fresh discourse on East Asia and an East Asian Community has seen renewed calls. Indeed, that is the purpose of this paper. 

 It examines the relationships between discourses on East Asia and an East Asian Community with regard to the subsequent appearance of an East Asian Community which came into existence following the East Asian discourse in Korea. This paper presents arguments that, as a result, discourses on East Asia have moved forward into the realization of an East Asian Community. Furthermore, this paper, by examining points in dispute that impede further advancement of an East Asian Community, verifies prerequisite conditions and ideological directions for the sake of the future prospects of an East Asian Community. Therefore ‘historical solidarity’ is ultimately established as an ideological direction for an East Asian Community, and as for prerequisite conditions, this paper proposes the overcoming of division and the building of a Peace Regime in the context of contemporary views.
